Dana Pinatello, PT, MS

PERFORMAX features a dynamic and experienced staff of physical therapists led by Founder and Director, Dana Pinatello, PT, MS, who has advanced skills in myofascial release, spinal mobilization and craniosacral therapy. Dana works as the on-field physical therapist for a local high school football team as well as a Teaching Assistant for the Mercy College Physical Therapy Department.

Andrew Michalski, PT, MS

Andrew joined the PERFORMAX team in 2005 after earning a Master's in Physical Therapy from Mercy College. Andrew has a strong background in anatomy and physiology and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Eric Rubbo, LMT

As a practicing licensed massage therapist since 1996, Eric has worked extensively on a variety of conditions, including migraine headache, sciatica, back pain, whiplash, frozen shoulder and tennis elbow. In addition, Eric has received advanced training in proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue massage and myofascial mobilization.

Jong Hon, Personal Trainer

A certified personal trainer and a fourth degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, Jong has studied martial arts for over 26 years including Wing Chi, Judo and Tai Chi. He combines eastern philosophies with a customized holistic approach to fitness. He is AFAA and CPR certified.

Meredith R. Grasso, LMT

Meredith has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000 and has been trained in swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, shiatsu and reflexology. She is also a Certified Baby's First Massage Instructor and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor allowing her to teach parents and caregivers how to massage their newborns and infants.

Dorrie Huen, ATC

Dorrie is a graduate of Sacred Heart University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. While attending Sacred Heart, she worked with the football, men’s ice hockey, women’s basketball and softball teams.  This past fall she had the opportunity to work with a professional women’s Gaelic football team during their trip to the United States. She is currently at Blind Brook High School where she is responsible for all sports teams.

Chery Sun, PT, DPT

Chery received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College.  Being part of the Performax team allows her to utilize her manual skills and to expand her treatment expertise to include sports specific training, post operative rehabilitation and musculoskeletal derangement.
She continues to work at Westchester Medical Center with experience in various services to include:  trauma, surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiac and inpatient acute rehabilitation. 

Megan Moran, PT, DPT

Megan joined the Performax team after earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2007.  Megan has previous experience in the subacute rehabilitation setting where she specialized in treating patients with joint replacements, amputations and deficits resulting from a stroke.  She also has previous clinical experience with early intervention pediatric therapy.
