Low Back Injury Prevention Program

This program is offered in our facility or onsite at your business. PERFORMAX has implemented this program at facilities such as The Home Depot and Town of Mount Pleasant Highway Department.

Each year 600,000 people suffer from low back pain and 100 million lost days from work.*

For those occupations in which employees are at high risk for suffering back injuries, our staff will travel to your business location to evaluate ergonomic set-up, work stations, and employee job related tasks and supply your facility with a presentation to include:

Anatomy and Physiology of the Back
Common back injuries and prevention techniques
Daily home exercise regimens to increase strength and reduce the risk for injury
