After Care Program

Upon completion of physical therapy, patients have the opportunity to continue their prescribed exercise regimen through our After Care Program.  The goal of this program is to encourage patients to continue to improve function and limit the re-occurrence of injury.  Each participant will:

· Have the ability to utilize the facility's state-of-the-art equipment
· Receive an individualized exercise program
· Perform regimen under the supervision of a physical therapist

The cost of this program is $30 a month and may be re-imbursible through insurance.
